symlink autoi #5

fixes issue https://github.com/normalize/autoinstall/issues/4. autoinstall global checks for autoi link. it adds the symbolic link if needed.

run autoinstall once and from there on out you got autoi

what's the point of this tho? you could just use autocomplete. autoi itself isn't a very good name

yea it's a terrible name. but you had a good one the other day: what about nope?

running nope app.js is nearly node app.js. except its like saying nope to package.json.

yup i initialized it: https://github.com/normalize/nope.js if you wanna help work on it, feel free to make PRs. probably not going to bother for a while
