LogEvent Broadcaster sample of Chapter13 does not work #3

I don't know if the LogEventBroadcaster cannot broadcaster the LogEvent or the LogEventMonitor cannot receive the LogEvent message.

I only sure that the LogEventEncoder.encode method is called.

Just fixed it 1c90f2b7435689069f85563ba641d86c13a147e5
