Cloning theories #12

The user should be able to search for a theory and clone it into her account. This is already supported by the backend.

@shaolintl: Cloning own theories is now implemented and uploaded to nai.uni.lu. On the dashboard, there is now a new button "clone" for every theory entry. You might have to force-reload/clear browser cache to see the update (ctrl-r).

Still open: Clone ("import") a theory from another user.
