Added tooltips to connectives drop down menu. #59

Addresses #58 . Uses Vue-Tippy.

The added library looks nice and seems to me that such a library is required in order get tooltips in Vue. It allows for a minimal change in the theory component. I think it should be merged. Any comments @lex-lex ? Would you recommend doing it in a different way?
