Issue:

• When the page loads and the overlay is running, all Tippy tooltips for RSIDs are incorrectly positioned and follow the mouse cursor, causing clutter and misalignment.

Expected Behavior:

• Tippy tooltips should not show during the overlay loading process.

Solution:

• Fix the Tippy tooltip displays.
