List View Table Headers

Purpose

Create a set of static table headers that can describe what is being meant by each column.

Reason

Confusion from client over what was meant by the #<number> in the Processed page.

Implementation

something similar to the example table below, with the table header row being static (isn't included when the rest of the rows scroll).	Name	# RSIDs in document	% Identical RSIDs
Example name	#2341	20%
