Client Side Alert Modal #21

Purpose

To allow a client-side activation of the Alert Modals
Currently only handles flashed messages, but if a request doesn't reach the server and is stopped client side under validation checks display the appropriate Alert Modal.
Add Animations to the Alert Modals

Benefits

Adds more flexibility to how we can use Alerts
