Feature request: show remaining balance after tipping #1

When the tip bot messages you back, confirming your tip, it would be nice to see your balance.

The problem is, the confirmation is usually posted as a comment. Meaning the users balance would be posted publicly. So unfortunately I don't think this can be implemented.

Sorry, I meant for that to be a direct message from the bot telling you your balance. It already sends a DM confirming your tip, so I figured we could add your balance in that DM.
