Show vehicle parts as sources for items #154

e.g. https://cdda-guide.nornagon.net/item/metal_tank should show https://cdda-guide.nornagon.net/vehicle_part/tank in the obtaining section somewhere. It's already shown in the top info section, but it's easy to miss if you're just looking for how to get an item.
