Capirca is an open source project that provides a set of l tools that assist in the development and management of an access list using common policy definitions.

Capirca is been added to other projects like saltstack, and it would be beneficial to integrate it to nornir as an ACL config rendering engine.

Since this is directly related to a project I'm working right now, I'm hoping to contribute to the effort.
