plug'n'play support for 16n #22

use 16n to control dial in first screen and EQ faders in second one.

CCs and orientation are retrieved on init using a sysex 1nFo / c0nFig exchange (see 16n doc for sysex messages & response payload).

everything works but code needs to refactoring before merge. done

Having briefly reviewed the code it looks good and it works great! for some reason i couldn't get the 16n editor to run so i wasn't able to change the 16n settings and then retest.

my only suggestion would be that the 11th 16n slider move all the eq sliders together from their relative positions so it behaves the same as when you do K1+E3 on the norns.
