Add 100.0 for longer compilations & mixtapes

hey!

99.9 and 100.0 would be way too close together. the sounds from the 2 stations would play at the same time w/ no "separation".

we're kinda running out of space in the "spectrum"...

something like 100.8, and reducing the bandwidth of this new stations + the 2 neighboring ones (99.9 & 101.9) may work.
