Fix toolchain path errors on OS X w/ Arduino Studio > ~1.6 #14

This fixes a minor error in the path of Arduino Studio's embedded CLI toolchain. As of 1.8.2 (but likely as far back as 1.6.x)., the path to the embedded toolchain is now at /Applications/Arduino.app/Contents/Java/hardware/tools/avr/ by default.
