Ubuntu 16 second try #20

Hey Stefan,

I rebased out my local configurations but it somehow brought in minor doc changes you made.

Hi jet, what is this about? Changes to make it run on Ubuntu 16.04?

Yes, changes for Ubuntu 16. They've modified the format/syntax of the init.d scripts, so made those changes and added some bits to the install scripts for my dxf importer.

Ok cool. Do you know, are the script backward compatible with 14?
