feature request: integrate beam combiner #7

A simple beam combiner doesn't have to be costly. It might significantly speed up the calibration process, especially the first time. This is a feature request for an optional beam combiner addition.

And here's some installation instructions for a commercial model that cleared up my confusion:

I thought the red laser was being mounted parallel to the cutting laser when it's actually at 90 degrees. We still have to adjust the first mirror against the cutting laser, but then we can adjust the rest of the assembly through the red laser.

It might not be worth the expense for everyone, but if we're talking billed hours of time, $100-$200 might make sense for some of us. If you can replace and realign the mirrors in play or adjust the cutting head using a red laser, that's very convenient.
