Once the Plugin is loaded, the following process need to followed for the Authentication process to happen. It requires restarting QGIS twice.
The plugin will appear in the Browser window.
Restart QGIS
An error will appear to configure it
Click on Configure
The Authentication settings will appear.
Click on Utilities
Click on Erase Authentication Database and accept the warning
Click on Input Master password
Click OK
Restart QGIS
In the Browser panel, click on the Cesium Ion Plugin
The Authorization should then occur to link to your Cesium ion account. This will take you outside of QGIS and Cesium Ion will ask if you authorise QGIS to access your account. You will be prompted to log in if you are not already logged in.
Return to QGIS and you will see your data loaded under Cesium ion in the Browser panel.
