Reset Philips Hue in order to orderto Home Assistant #1

Overview

I need to connect my Philips Hue devices to Home Assistant, but I had previously connected to them on my iPhone using the Hue app.

Per Home Assistant ADD PHILIPS HUE BULBS THAT HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN ADDED TO ANOTHER BRIDGE, this can either be done using a Philips Hue Dimmer Switch, Lutron Connected Bulb Remote, or via hue-thief (https://github.com/vanviegen/hue-thief/).

I don't have either of those pieces of hardware and these are my specs:

None of these will work right away.

Looking at home assistant integrations, I see that this dongle is recognized as using EZSP which is a requirement according to hue-thief's readme.

So given that's covered, we just need to figure out how to run this on home assistant OS.... Looks like no forks on github do this for us, and I couldn't find anybody who had online. Fuck it, I'll do it myself (or just buy the switch lol).
