Upon shipping finalize the order #26

As per https://docs.klarna.com/klarna-checkout/in-depth-knowledge/confirm-purchase/#ship-and-capture-the-order-to-finalize-the-payment, once shipping has been confirmed a payout to merchant will be approved.

The plugin should listen to an event where shipping has been done to confirm order completion with Klarna.

Make use of the ordermanagement API to initialise whole or part of order.
