testdata/mapreduce-osd-1-pdf contains "DO NOT DISTRIBUTE" disclaimer #82

The test data file mapreduce-osd-1.pdf claims to be a "DRAFT: DO NOT 
DISTRIBUTE", which means that those vendors that care about redistributablilty 
need to edit the source tarballs that you release to remove this file (which 
breaks the testsuite, so thats also not great). 

It would be nice to have the licensing of this pdf fixed or it being replaced 
with a OSI/ISO open source approved variant.

Hi,

I'll talk to Jeff and Sanjay about this. We might either replace it with the 
released version, or simply add an exception that at least makes it 
redistributable. I understand that most distributions will also want it 
modifiable, which may or may note pose an additional challenge. I'll 
investigate.
