Create directory structure so people know where to add code #19

[what is the bug or issue?]

New users won't really know here to put new code as its stands, they may guess to put in "App," but won't know where to go from there

Process to Recreate

  1. Create an app with NS client
  2. cd into projectDirectory/app
  3. ??

Possible Fix

[not obligatory, but suggest fixes or changes that need to be made if possible]

Besides adding additional directories, maybe md or filler files with comments mentioning what code goes here or best practices.
