A system that can be implemented as an optional game setting affected by temperature, and weather. Drinking water will be essential or you will lose health over time.

Features

• [ ] World bonus drain value (for things like nether worlds)
• [ ] Weather bonus for things like cold and hot seasons.
• [ ] Temperature bonus support for general temperature values.
• [ ] Entity activity bonus. (breaking/placing blocks, running, swimming etc.)
• [ ] Global depletion value is a set value that will drain over time.
• [ ] Support for cross-mod foods/fluids that can fulfil this need too.
