[Bug]: Serene Seasons and the RTM doesn't seem to be working together. #19

Issue description

Minecraft version 1.18.2/mod version 1.4.0

I'm trying to create a modpack and I have noticed that the seasons are not correctly syncing. I check the season that the mod is on and it says its "early spring" at 0/24000 ticks. Basically the season is not progressing at all. Also noting that it's definitely not early spring in the northern hemisphere USA.

Steps to reproduce

I have a premade map that i downloaded that's from a much older version I am using it with a whole slew of other mods, but none that should alter how the time works in game. I am using Pam's Harvestcraft compatibility mods with serene seasons but I don't think that should affect the real time mod.

actually you know what? I just looked and it seems the serene seasons support came in version 1.6.0? Thats a real shame. My modpack cant go any newer than what its currently at. If im wrong, please confirm
