(also.. be sure to be using the very latest b28_prelease_master
, there was one wireframe bug fixed a day or so ago.
maybe something to do with GL_FRONT_AND_BACK

ok. i think you should update Blender to 2.81
or 2.82
because that's what i'm using, some API (altho not related to openGL) is now different. There however are several wrapper fixes I think since that Blender build.
