[일렉트론] 서버 - 클라이언트간 통신 테스트코드 작성

서버-클라이언트란, 일렉트론의 서버/클라이언트를 의미함

클라이언트에서 서버로 Request 전송, 서버에서 클라이언트의 Request에 대한 Response 전송
반대로도 Req / Res 전송
한쪽에서 주기적으로 계속 데이터 Push 하는 테스트
