Update grub2 #9

It is currently 2.02~beta2-for-windows, it should be updated to 2.02-for-windows. The download can be found here: ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/grub/

This is done as a part of 23e7af3. While grub2 wasn't explicitly updated, it is now generated from the host system's grub-mkstandalone, which in this case is version 2.02.
