Seperate Leto API code from the Leto.gg repo #3

We have a website now and we cannot have the code for an API within the same folder as the code for our website. Separate and move on!

I moved the api code into a folder named "cloudflare-elastic-logs-api" and I made sure that lookup page has the correct code addressed and I did not bork the API connection in the search bar. Good to go, now work on the Elastic stuff and the Gateway config
