Ensure the JACK server is running and hit the JACK reconnect button. #8

I get this message on the console:

22:33:32 ERROR __send_data Failed to send data to midi player. Ensure the JACK server is running and hit the JACK reconnect button.

But there's no "JACK reconnect" button that I can see in the linuxband GUI. What is that message referring to ?

You need to install the QJackCtl package and configure. See this:

screwing around with this crappy site has made me lose that url I wanted to show you. Anyway, get the jackd server running and connect to the sound card and it should work :+1: good luck
