I'll check it out. I've made a new branch since this might take a few iterations to get working correctly.

I'll let you know when I make any interesting progress and if I need anything from you. If their api is documented well enough I should be able to make it work fine just using that reference.
I've edited the wiki to include all relevant information and pushed a commit that should have everything working. I've tested it myself using every combination of variables I could think of, but if you would like to take it for a spin before I merge it to the main branch I'd much appreciate it.
Merged branch in commit 00375e9359a78dff61a93fe29e1db158e35641e7
If you are even considering looking into this, I'll give you my Login info. Also, I don't have bitcoin, but I'll gladly compensate you for your time and effort. I've already sunk 2 weeks into not knowing where to start.
Why put.io? A few perks of put.io is put.io transcodes your media to mp4 on their server, so you don't need a beefy CPU on your NAS (Synology) no more shutdown letters from my ISP or worrying about leaks in a VPN.
I tried using a blackhole downloader with https://github.com/anonfunc/holeio with NO success on my Synology DSM 6.1.
