updated year in index.html #318

I'm not sure if this is a mistake and should be fixed, because maybe it should be the year the framework started?

Form of notice for visually perceptible copies

  1. The symbol ©
  2. The year of first publication.
  3. The name of the copyright owner https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright_notice#Form_of_notice_for_visually_perceptible_copies

The year of copyright means The year of first publication. So we don't need update the year. 👍
