Description Add storybook installation instructions and a gif of what it looks like to help people understand all the different options that come NES.css

Compatibility README update only. No compatibility issues.

Caveats None.

I think this storybook section is better in CONTRIBUTING.md 🤔 and I want the assets directory to contain only things related to NES.css, so I want to move it to .github/assets or .github/images.

I will merge this PR and fix about the above. 🔧 Please wait for a moment. 🙇
