removed "Relays don't have to be trusted" under "## Very short summary of how it works, if you don't plan to read anything else": Obviously relays has to be trusted by user who choose to store their data there.

They don't have to be trusted to not lie, that's the point.

Expected to be honest and truthful is not equivalent to "don't have to be trusted". The whole thing runs on trust. That is the point. Distributed doesn't mean trustless.

These are individual relays that we choose to store data paid/free. There are no penalties for relays when they go offline, they are not connected. User has to choose, where to store data.Since these relays are independent, they have to be trusted by the users. Not all relays are going to be free forever, someone has to pay the bills. This has to be changed.
