pivot: highlighter without collab #114

After seriously attempting to deploy a collab model for creating and loading highlights over nostr, I think it's time to pull a quick pivot to show a highlights experience without the collab parts. This PR removes nostrcollab functionality of colighter, and focuses on finding highlights for any random page on the internet.
