patch: disable waitlist

A recent version bump of nostr-tools from ^10.12.9 to "^1.12.0" makes the nostrfn library unusable in generating nostr keypairs which we use in our waitlist component.

Experience reported: https://colighter.com renders a blank white page on load, across all browsers

Impact: landing page is unusable

Error reported

Hotfix: This PR disables the pubkey generation as a patch, while we figure out proper fix

we make a hotfix to production from the Vercel deployment of this patch branch which we then promoted to prod

Fix Just disable the waitlist functionality to simplify scope
