QoS added #6

I've added a RadioGroup on the Edit screen to choose the QoS. I've tested this with my broker and works.

Thanks! I'll get a new apk published on Google Play tomorrow.

Nice. I think would be nice to implement subscriptions as well and handle them as a tasker event. I will try to learn how to do this on my free time (that is almost non existent)
