How to open adv_script file? #5

When decoding to utf8, some Japanese characters are broken.

Do you mind posting an example? When I open one in Notepad++ using UTF-8, I don't see broken characters, but I do see a bunch of special characters (e.g x80). Unfortunately, I don't know the exact format of the adv_script files.
