Replace Semantic UI with a maintained Zola theme #18

The currently used front-end framework for the site, Semantic UI, hasn't seen a release since 2022. I find it unintuitive, and the current theme lacks a lot of modern features like Dark Mode.

I propose we switch to using a Zola theme, view the list of them.

In particular, I think that Juice looks quite nice and could be a good fit for the project.

I belive it was a bit easier to make examples generator to work with semantic UI, but I do not have any opinions on the topic to be honest
