Consider conforming to zinit's Zsh plugin standard

This standard was originally published by psprint to define a standard interface with zinit, and has been adopted by other plugin managers.

I'm doing some of this in my own fork but my time is limited and help is welcome.

I think conforming to standards is a good idea, but it will take some time for me to read and learn them. Or you can submit PRs to speed up things.
