One of the common issues we seem to have is a miss understanding of how all the properties of a topic/task relate to each other.

This is not just due to poor copy on our current part, but also due to the first-run not training the user to use the tool.

Action Items

[ ] Research how other systems train new users on first-run
[ ] Determine what we consider full competency with the tools usage.
[ ] Roadmap new first-run.
