Downloads are Empty Despite App Saying it Succeeded #27

Whenever I try to download from a coomer.party/coomer.su page nothing is actually downloaded. The app says it was sucessful but the files are empty.

This issue persists on 7.2 and 7.5. Even the example coomer party post in the readme doesn't download any content

Same issue here. Renders app completely nonfunctional.

I just started to get the same issue. I have no idea what may be causing this. I removed and redownloaded it just in case but still doing the same thing.

So from what notFaad said on discord, you need to go behind a VPN. What it sounds like is people are getting shadow banned, that's my only guess maybe he can shed some more light on it. It's some combination of IP/API ban happening. Once I spun up my VPN it worked again. Just be sure to only do 1-2 links at a time and limit it to 3 concurrent downloads. That is what has been working for me so far.

So I need a VPN? Also I've only ever done 1 link at a time.... (I didn't know you could do multiple at a time) got any free VPN recommendations
