Feature Request: Save as .txt by default #228

.txt files are indexed by macOS/iOS Spotlight, which is very convinient. So,

  1. an option for using '.txt' as default file extension
  2. the option also hide the 'txt' icon in the note list (or auto-detect if the file content is markdown)
