Save reports while training to avoid rendering

Displaying the tearsheet while training is resource intensive, and can slow down the training proccess as it needs to be closed to resume. This edit changes the default training settings not to display a tearsheet after each epoch, but to instead save a tearsheet as an html file to /data/reports/
