Revert "coveragerc - switch from source to include" #216

This reverts commit c6248769d4b0f352fc45c7a9250c360c90448656.

Coverage upstream has fixed the issue this was working around.

Coverage remained the same at 97.492% when pulling 42f092a980e9ccd92070e63bb2c903fbd8e26efb on asedeno:revert-coverage-workaround into c53d9ab3e089eca2917a53cff154b9e7140cb52d on notanumber:master.

We may want to tweak our coveralls configuration as per https://github.com/lemurheavy/coveralls-public/issues/565#issuecomment-120924694
