Hey folks, I just realized that notation cli is added to homebrew a couple of weeks ago. Adding that to the installation methods in the docs.

Thanks @alirezaghey for your contribution. It was already covered by https://github.com/notaryproject/notaryproject.dev/pull/338 so we will drop the duplicated change in this PR.
