Update quick start for using Docker hub as the registry #399

In the current QuickStart, users are required to create an OCI-compliant registry first. However, since Docker Hub supports Notary Project signatures, this step is no longer necessary. Given Docker Hub's widespread popularity, signing images stored there can significantly promote the adoption of the Notary Project specification and tooling. This issue is to request updating QuickStart document for using Docker Hub as the registry.
