This issue tracks any question regarding Delta CRL during revocation check..
Since notation-core-go does not fully support delta crl yet (issue: https://github.com/notaryproject/notation-core-go/issues/228), we should revisit delta crl part for file cache of notation-go in the future iterations if necessary.
