Summary Support for additional Signature Formats in the signature manifest
Intended Outcome The specfication are written for extensibilty, whereby new signature formats can be added over time. Additional context Assume we do the final release of NotaryV2 with PKCS7 and then decide to support a new format; the old one should still be supported;
