I noticed if you use 1st person view on Metal Gear Solid (Spain) you can see a weird pattern.

Metal Gear Solid (Spain) (Disc 1)-220509-182725~2 Metal Gear Solid (Spain) (Disc 1)-220510-005712~2

If you disable Texture blending can recognize the pattern. Metal Gear Solid (Spain) (Disc 1)-220510-012751~2

In other cores (SwanStation and Duckstation) I don't see this pattern, and I've watched longplays on real hardware and I can't see too. https://youtu.be/tT1j66VRf9w

Info: RetroArch 64-bit 1.10.3 Core: PCSX reARMed r23l 7dee1e8 Open GL ES 3.2 I use bios file

Graphic settings: Dithering pattern: Enabled Texture Blending: Enabled Lighting effects: Enabled

I have the same issue when using the Una-i's GPU plugin. With the P.E.Op.S. one no issues. However this isn't the repo for the libretro core, you should open an issue there instead https://github.com/libretro/pcsx_rearmed/issues
