Screen Flickering when Dithering is set on the Unai Plugin. #318

When Dithering is enabled on the Unai Plugin the screen will flicker/shimmer, happens on both WiiU and PC so doesn't seem to be Endian related. Video of the issue in action.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aZ-ZjmRSwvI

The flickering is gone!! looks much better thank you :)

Guess it was endian related :/
