In need of a bit of help #107

Alright, I need a bit of help when it comes to building this version of picodrive for the psp. I have build things in the past, but this one kind of has me confused? Could someone provide me a step by step guide on how to build this for the psp?

Currently, if I'm right there is no PSP port. Picodrive for PSP is just available through Libretro/RetroArch.
