CD Audio in Popful Mail not working #118

I'm using the core on my Nvidia Shield(Android) via Retroarch(Gotten from the Google Play Store itself if that helps) and despite the game working perfectly before, as of the most recent update to the core(Done via Retroarch itself by picking "Update Installed Cores") the tracks only play for 1 second before going silent.

I know it's not my problem, since the Iso I'm using is the same as before the core started doing this and the music still plays just fine on Genesis Plus GX, despite the known audio stutters this game has on the GX core.

I tried both 32bit and 64bit versions, same result.

I can record footage of it happening if it helps.

Please move this to my issue tracker. It's most probably related to changes in my repo.
